Refunds will be accepted in cases where a product is defective, does not match the item stated on the purchase receipt, or has been mislabeled by the cultivator or processor. All refunds must be processed at the dispensary where the purchase was made and must be accompanied by the original packaging. Please contact the dispensary if you have any questions.
